Will you use new manufacturer parts for my vehicle?

Originial Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) parts are always our first choice when repairing your vehicle. We believe these parts are the best choice when restoring your vehicle to its pre-accident condition. However, sometimes OEM parts are not the most cost effective solution. Many insurance policies require the use of aftermarket (AM) parts. In addition to AM parts, there are re-conditioned parts, recycled parts, and certified AM parts. We can help you decide what parts should be used based on your specific needs. Some insurance companies give you the option of upgrading to OEM parts, while others will not cover the additional cost. It will all depend on your individual insurance policy. We recommend that you contact your insurance company to see what your policy covers and what options you have.
